Sorry dude, I thought you were kidding. No you are not correct. I figured you tried to cheat by looking at the name of the picture (which I named with the obscure name of morley) but that you figured I wouldn't be that stupid to actually use the person's real name to label the picture file.
And it's a she.
What do you mean Cheat. I used all the info that was made available to solve the question. I thought you might have just slipped up and forgot to rename the photo. and fyi Morley Kamen is a she, she was a performer in Lilith Fair. You should give her a listen. there's a bit of resemblance with the picture.

Her name is Nina Hagen. She was well known in the 80s among the punk / new wave crowd.
