Realtors take heed....

I'm only going to say this once. Stop calling me asking if I'm thinking of selling my home. If I was, I'd have already called someone. If I was sitting on the fence, your call would not have suddenly convinced me to sell - in fact, I would make sure that your company - and especially you in particular, did not get the call. Keep calling. Every time you do, I'll put a tick next to your name. Why? I haven't figured that out yet - but rest assured, it's going to be bad.

However, you realtors that like to leave gifts in the mailbox - like grocery list pads.............. I'm OK with that - you I would call.
