That guys great !!

I have more practising to do, thats for sure.

Does anyone know what / who he's playing along too? I know it a Mozart (or Beethoven) tune, but I'd like to get a copy of the track he's using.

OK I just answered my own question, I actually have the CD this tune if from. Thank God for Google. :)

In case anyone want to know more the song is by Trans-Siberian Orchestra, from the Album "The Lost Christmas", the song is called "Christmas Canon Rock".

I would suggest checking out TSO if you're not familiar. A slighty different take on traditional christmas music. Basically it christmas music that ROCKS!, with a concept or a story told with music (ala "The Wall"). TSO have a trilogy of these albums, with "The Lost Christmas" being the 3rd one.

There is also a 4th, non-xmas theme called "Beethoven's Last Night". Same idea as the xmas albums, very cool stuff.

For a little history on the TSO projects, it actually started with a 80's/90's metal band called Savatage. This band started doing concept albums with their 1st one - "Streets: A Rock Opera". One of my all time fav albums. But the one that ignited the whole TSO thing was their 1995 album "Dead Winter Dead". I'm not gonna get into the details, cause this is Karls blog and this post is large enough already. But here are the links to the web sites for ya to read more:
