The marketing weasels got me yesterday. Oh - they got me good.I love (certain varieties of) Stouffer's Bistro Dinners. They're great to bring to work for lunch. I find they can be expensive though and I'm always looking for a deal. Yesterday, I thought I had found one. Specially marked packages indicated "Buy 2, get $1 off!" Yeah, they cast the bait and I fell for it hook, line and sinker. I didn't notice the fine print: "see coupon on pack for details". Turns out, I couldn't actually get the dollar off until next time. So I have a freezer full of Bistro dinners - but my next few purchases are gonna be discounted.
Conniving bastards!
