The Glastonbury music festival in the UK will apparently get around a late-night ban on loud bass by handing wireless headphones out to the attendees, producing a silent rave. Pretty good idea....
Just for a moment, I want you to try and visualize this. You walk in and see several thousand people dancing in complete silence. Would that not look goofy or what?
