Darlene and I were watching the opening sequence of CSI (the original - thank you very much) tonight. I believe the episode name is "Snakes". When the intro is finally over and the theme music starts, she turns to me and asks, "What other show can pull off a cool 2 minute opener like that with no dialogue?"

Darlene and I had the exact same reaction. The original CSI is still the best one....the rest are mere shadows.
i definitely agree with you. CSI is one of my favourite shows. I don't know what it is about the other two version (New York and Miami) but somehow someway the original CSI (Las Vegas) just has it. Maybe it's the special effects, maybe it's the actors or maybe it's the content of their episodes. who knows.
