It's official! Under is good, over is bad.OK......... I admit it.... I cheated and switched them. Guffaw!
Here's an article (with pictures!) explaining why over is supposedly better than under. Say what you want, I still prefer under.

If you have a cat.... and he starts rolling the roll in the "over, supposedly good" position... you have a whole roll on the ground faster than you can say "Bad Kitty".
You don't have the same issue with the "under" position, the roll will just spin on itself keeping you kitty entertained for a while.
So I'm with you on the under world.

My girls prefer under too. Luckily I have my own bathroom, with the toilet paper set up in the proper masculine way.

Over all the way for me. It drives me crazy under, you have to go fumbling for it down there. Not natural :) Heidi
