If you're going to develop software, make sure the people who are developing the training and the people who are developing the manuals talk to each other. It doesn't look good when the manual says you really shouldn't do [insert thing you shouldn't do here], then you watch a webinar at the company's site that shows the trainer (assuming they're a trainer) doing exactly that, with abandon.
Not good.
Also, if the person who wrote the manual and the person who made the webinar are the same person...... FAIL.
