So, the entertainment industry took an ISP in Australia to court and tried to convince a judge that the ISP was responsible for the fact that some of its customers use the internet connection to download copyrighted material. Needless to say, this attracted the attention of a lot of people around the world.Well, score one for the ISPs of the world, because the judge said not a chance.
