“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present”

I often go around trying to get people close to me to just chill and go with the flow when I see them getting too wrapped up in their day to day situations. But I catch myself getting wrapped up in stuff, ignoring my own advice from time to time. Hey - we're all human and need reminders sometimes that some stuff just doesn't matter that much. There are some aspects of our lives that 'worrying', 'freaking out', etc. add no value to.

So I smiled when I stumbled onto zenhabits.net's 9 Steps to Achieving Flow (and Happiness) in Your Work. I know what they mean when they refer to 'flow'. It's a very productive state of being.
