Shoulder cat

While I was walking along Stephen Avenue Mall ( a very nice pedestrian walkway / street in downtown Calgary) on my way to my acting classes, I spied a young couple walking along the street. They were either homeless or one of those downwardly mobile people who were dressed for warmth and carrying their possessions on their backs. What was interesting though, is that the girl had a cat perched on her shoulder.......... just sitting there, enjoying the ride. Now, I've not met a lot of cats in my time, but I've yet to meet one that would stand for sitting perched on someone's shoulder for a lengthy period of time. I wished I'd had my camera.
