Karl's tips on life - nature moment

Animals don't necessarily cross at their respective crossings. For example, deer don't always cross at "deer crossing" signs. Nor do they look both ways before they cross. Come to think of it............... neither do children...

A nearly life-threatening incident for me a week ago when my wife and I drove along 85 St NW north of Spy Hill about 11 PM and noticed a deer coming up on the road. There's a reason why that road is signed at 60 and not 80.

It should also be noted that deer never take the exact same pose they show on the sign neither.
