They need to come up with a name for that crust that forms around the top of a milk jug. You know, that dried milk by-product that forms around the opening?Allow me to offer a few suggestions to kick things off: milk crust; jug cheese; dairy crisp...... come on - you can do better, right?
I would offer "must" but elephants everywhere would be offended.
