Truth in advertising

If WestJet Airlines could get away with it, this is the slogan they ought to be painting on the side of their fleet of aircraft.

Because I'm sure their success owes a lot to that other airline.

  1. We flew Air Canada last summer from Orlando, Florida to Toronto. The customer service staff and flight attendants were very accomodating. The flight was eventless and on time.
    On the way back,we nearly missed our flight (due to "user error" by the Citizen) and they held up an entire, fully boarded (except for 2 seats - ours) flight for us. We have no complaints.

  2. I've actually had little trouble with Air Canada - until our trip to Vegas. Then they seemed to make up for all my good experiences with a bad trip there and back. But I am surrounded with unhappy AC customers.
