I had seen a similar picture in National Geo on the construction going on over there. I wasn't positive at first until I checked on Google Earth.If you would have put the palm tree shaped marinas in I would have known immediately. Or maybe I'm just a geography nerd.
This one might be a bit harder. Where in the world is this? City is all that's required.
