OK I'm sold on the looks, now how about the script?

I quickly alluded to the new (old?) Star Trek movie due out next year - more specifically, the new cast playing our old favourite characters.

    Bones and Kirk look to be the best physical casting. I wonder if the younger Kirk will chew up the scenes as well as the original?
