    What ever happened with "chargex"? I'm thinking it changed to "mastercharge".

  3. You are absolutely right. Bankamericard was the US precursor to Visa, whereas in Canada it was Chargex. In the UK, it was Barclaycard and in France it was Carte Bleue.
