The illusion is broken

When we buy our shiny electronic gadgets, we rarely think about how they are made. In fact, we often likely imagine that human interaction is minimal and picture giant robotic factories where the really tedious work is done by machines. But once in a while something happens that threatens that illusion and this is precisely what happened to Mike Daisey when his iPhone had some test pictures still on it from the factory that made the phone.

He's an incredible storyteller and he will take you to a world that we as consumers don't even know exists.
