What do you call it when you pucker your lips and vibrate them by moving your finger up and down while you hum like a kid does? You know - it's kinda like playing a Jewish harp, but with just your lips.Stop laughing. I'm serious. What is that called? I can't seem to find an official term anywhere. Is it a 'blibber'?
